Film Submissive Application

This application is for those interested in being used as a Film Submissive.

Filmsubs are used essentially as “props” for My video clips / photo shoots. Filmsubs pay a significantly reduced rate of $175/hr, which is used to cover the cost of renting the filming location. Filmsubs are required to provide ID and sign a release form giving Me exclusive rights to the content created – I am required by law to have this paperwork for all of My video clips.

Filmsubs are permitted to wear masks and/or tattoo coverup sleeves, or to apply makeup to cover any identifying tattoos/marks, to preserve their anonymity, HOWEVER – they are responsible for doing that ahead of time and showing up ready to film.

All filming takes place in NYC, either in Midtown or Brooklyn.

Have you read and understood the following requirements for Filmsubs? *

• I am required by law to provide Mistress Maisie with my ID, and to sign a release form which grants Her exclusive rights to the content created.
• If I am chosen as a filmsub, I will pay the reduced rate of $175/hr which covers the filming location rental.
• I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and boosted. If a filming location, photographer, or other Domme requires/requests that I wear a mask, I will abide by that. (Mistress Maisie will provide masks if needed).
• I understand that all filming takes place in New York City, and I confirm that I am able to get to Midtown and/or Brooklyn for filming, within the amount of time I have indicated on the previous question.
• I understand that being used as a filmsub is NOT the same as a Session. I may be required to stop and change positions, to refilm something if there is an issue with the shot, to wait for camera adjustments, et cetera. Mistress Maisie will focused on getting the shots She needs in a professional manner, and I will be there functioning as a prop for Her use. I may be allowed to cum, or I may not, and it is entirely dependent on what Mistress Maisie needs and wants for that particular content.
• I understand Mistress Maisie WILL NOT edit out my face/tattoos/marks after filming is completed. If I want to anonymize myself for filming, I will SHOW UP ON SHOOT DAY with my own mask (either a standard black ski mask, or something else approved by Mistress Maisie), and/or any tattoo coverup sleeves/makeup that I need.
